Junior, Medior or Senior Marketing Officer

You'll own BeeDee's advertising and marketing strategy and run it end to end, alongside our Marketing Advisor, to get the word out to as many people as we can. This role has a clear path to Chief Marketing Officer.

What we're looking for

  • Strong knowledge of multiple ad platforms (Google, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, X...)
  • Strong general knowledge about advertising
  • Strong general knowledge about marketing
  • Proven experience growing brands using marketing and online advertising
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Bonus points (no strict requirement)

  • You're familiar with BeeDee's target audience (a bonus, not a strict requirement)
  • The ability to work at least 1 day a week from our Ghent office

Being part of BeeDee's target demographic is not required for this role.

Engineering

Medior or Senior Backend Developer

Full-time · Ghent, Belgium

You'll build and maintain our API and server-side features in a Java / CDK / AWS stack, with a real focus on bug-free, performant, scalable code. You'll be guided by an experienced Senior Backend Developer, with a clear path from Medior to Senior over time.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years of experience in Java
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • A talent for maintainable, scalable, performant code
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Experience with Git
  • The ability to work 1 day a week from our Ghent office
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence and markdown

Bonus points (no strict requirement)

  • Master's degree in Computer Science
  • Experience with the AWS, Azure or GCP stack
